Payment
We are pleased to announce that we have several payment options to better serve our patients. This office strives to offer convenient payment options while at the same time maintaining the highest standard of comprehensive dental care for our patients.
All payments are due on the date of service for all appointments. You may pay by cash, check, credit or debit card. We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. If you have an insurance that pays the office, we will gladly bill your insurance and ask that you only pay the estimated co-insurance on the date of your visit. If your insurance pays you directly or we do not participate, we ask that you pay in full at the time service is rendered. We will submit your insurance on your behalf.
We are now able to offer our patients extended monthly payments through two financing companies, Care Credit and Unicorn Financing. Both are offered with payment options of up to 18 months at no interest. Please contact our billing associate for more information and an application, which we'll will be happy to assist you in completing.
Should you find that neither Care Credit or Unicorn Financing in suitable for you; payments can be made through our office in installments for patients who are established with the practice and have a proven credit history. You can begin your treatment with an initial down payment of 50% and balance due within 30 days. Effective January 1, 2007 there will be an interest charge on any new outstanding balances over 30 days. The interest will be calculated at 1.5%MPR (18%APR).
